Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Doseofemme is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Doseofemme is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review your request.

International Shipping

At this time, Doseofemme ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
